There are times along our journey where having support can make all the difference. We might feel stuck or confused about how to move forward in our lives or feel a loss of connection to ourselves. Part of my practice consists of working with adults who are experiencing depression or anxiety, going through a life transition, difficulty adjusting to a change, or dealing with relationship issues.
I have a strong belief in the power of a therapeutic relationship and in my clients' capacity for change. Therefore, I often use our therapeutic relationship as a tool to target ways in which you relate to others and to yourself. Using an insight-oriented approach, my goal is to help you understand how past unresolved conflicts might be influencing you in the present; replicating unwanted patterns in your current relationships. I gently challenge you to take a look at what might be holding you back from reaching your goals, while providing support and tools to help get there.
